My Group Session are usually 60-90 minutes in length,
focusing on Self-Care, Self-Defense and Self-Resilience need to know information, based in foundational Natural movement and allowing for interactive Q&As​
Information covered may include, but not be limited to:
Martial arts Skills, Foundational Fitness Skills, Self Defense Techniques, Legal Considerations & Self Defense, Personal Empowerment, Everyday Objects uses (Weapons & Fitness awareness), Environmental awareness.

How it works (pre-paid group packages)

• Pre-pay for a group as a Whole.
• Payment is due in full (Partial refunds are not given)
• It is up to the person making the booking to collect individual payments and insure that each individuals secures a spot on the booking site.

We have a Large Fully Matted area at our Facility.
But If you Must; We are willing to travel within a 60 mile radius from our facility.
Off Site Requirements: (Must have a Matted or Soft Carpeted area for Training)
