Women's Fitness Self Defense Sessions consist of working the Body while Exploring real life situations where Self-Care and Self-Defense might be necessary.
Each class stems around Real Life Scenarios of Everyday Life.
The Actual Class Can include, but not exclusive to Functional Fitness Movement Patterson used in:
- Functional Fitness Movement is about Preparing your Mind and Body for Life events. Life events like Squatting to pick something up with out hurting you back or reaching up high for the oatmeal off a high self without straining your shoulder.
- Self-Defense is about preparing your Mind and Body for Possible Treats to your Safety. Treats like unwanted advances or intrusions.
The Actual Class Can include, but not exclusive to Functional Fitness Movement Patterson used in:
- Ground Fighting,
- Take downs,
- Strikes,
- Kicks,
- Personal weapons,
- Using common objects as unconventional weapons
- Personal Self Defense Techniques.
- Essential Blocking,
- Breaking grips and holds,
- Pressure points.
