Someone threatening you
by trying to, but not limited to,
touch, grab, push, pull, restrain, take down, or hold down, etc.
Our AIM is to Answer the Question

Each Session Can include a combination of the Following:
>Ground Fighting (Judo, Brazilian Jiujitsu)
>Take Downs (Aikido/ Judo, Jujitsu)
>Strikes/ Kicks/ Blocks (Karate, Taekwondo)
>Personal Weapons
>Use of Common objects as weapons
>Personal Self Defense Techniques
>Breading grips and holds
>Pressure Points.
