What should I wear?
Sweats, shorts and a T-shirt, an aerobic-dance outfit --
whatever keeps you comfortable and cool.
Go bare foot or Wear well-made Mat shoes that aren't too worn_
This is an on Ongoing program.
We Encourage the taking of as many classes that you wish.
You have control over this experience.
Or Goal is that you feel Comfortable and Confident with Yourself and Your abilities.
Each Session/ Class is designed to offer a different scenario and new possibilities in use and application of Self Defense.
Each Session/ Class offers you the opportunity to learn and practice new and exciting personal Self Defense Techniques.

The Focus of Each Class Session Stems Around Practice Againse:
Someone threatening you by trying to, but not limited to, touch, grab, push, pull, restrain, take you down, or hold you down, etc.
What do you do?
Each Session Can include a combination of the Following:
>Ground Fighting (Brazilian JuJitsu)
>Take Downs (Aikido/ Judo, Jusitsu)
>Strikes/ Kicks/ Blocks (Karate, TaeKwondo)
>Use od Common objects as weapons
>Personal Self Defense Techniques
>Breading Frips and holds
